Being part of the Mass Ducks program
has been nothing but a positive experience in every way for my
daughter. Her confidence, skill level and knowledge of the game
has improved each week. I can not thank the coaches enough for
their commitment and love for the game to share with the girls.
One BIG THANK YOU!
We are looking forward to
being part of this program in the future. I feel the ducks are doing a phenomenal
job and As far as I can see, THE DUCKS is the top program
around...and even that is an understatement. One word, "AWESOME" |

Both my

balanced with being challenging and fun, which is hard to find
in a coach. My daughter, my husband and I are very happy she is
playing for the Ducks!!! |

I think this program is excellent for
my daughter. Not only did it make her a better all around
basketball player it made her a confident 11 year old. My
daughter has been getting better grades ever since she started
this season it has taught her to focus on the here and now.
Thank you for allowing my daughter to be part of an excellent program. |

The coaching and
what the Mass Ducks program stands for is phenomenal. The girls
have and continue to learn so much; not only to play good
basketball, but also good sportsmanship, camaraderie and respect
for each other, their opponents, and for their coaching staff.
There is not enough "Dan Nortons" out there! |

This is our first season with the Ducks and it has been a truly
great experience for my two daughters. They have made close
friends with their teammates both on and off the court and have
wonderful coaches who really know how to focus on developing the
girls’ skills in practice and in the games. I have already seen
great improvement in both my girls and their confidence is
soaring, which is a testament to the quality of coaching in the
Ducks program. I am so happy to have found the perfect AAU
program for my daughters. Go Ducks! |

I thought the program was great.
The coaches couldn't have been more fair as far as playing time
and attention to each player went. They were always patient and
never humiliated the players for mistakes. Overall a very
positive experience. I would definitely recommend the DUCKS
program to others! |

My daughter told me the She Shoots
She Scores Clinic was by far the best that she has attended.
She feels she worked harder on her conditioning than at any time
in the past and that her core skills improved - especially left
handed dribbling. |

Dan is an
exceptional coach. He teaches the kids effectively without
yelling at them and making them feel inferior or inadequate. He
is a great teacher, coach & mentor. I have seen improvement
with my daughter's skills since she has been playing with Dan.
He has taught her some great plays and how to use her talent to
the best of her ability. |

The ducks
program is a program I can see my daughter participating in
until she is out of high school. It has given her the knowledge
to be a better player and a team player!! The coaches all are
fantastic, they are all so positive with the girls and the kids
had a blast even if you were being hard on them. From the start
you always looked out for what was best for the player not just
the team that truly says a lot about you as a person you do not
see that in many coaches. It is a wonderful asset. |

One of the reasons my daughter loves this team is because of Dan
Norton's coaching style. He expects the players to be their
best, but his sense of humor and enthusiasm for coaching and the
players is always evident. I am confident he knows the strengths
and weaknesses of each girl and helps them to improve both at
practices and during the games. |

We have had
experience with 2 other AAU programs and this was by far the
best experience for both of my girls. Dan has the most wonderful
rapport with the 5th grade girls. They felt very comfortable
with him but knew that he meant business. He brought out the
best in all the girls. From excellence in coaching to
organization Mass Ducks are tops!!!! |

I could not of asked for a better coach
for my daughter. She responded to Dan very well and my
daughter can be difficult sometimes but Dan knew how to deal and
redirect her in a positive manner. My daughter's game has improved
greatly. Her confidence on the court has shown and I just can't
believe how confident she is with the ball now. Dan knows the
game very well and proud to say he coached my daughter.

We decided to
switch AAU programs this year because both my daughter and I
were not happy. Not knowing anything about the Ducks we decided
to take a chance and I cannot tell you how pleased we are.
Parents and players alike were great and I could see my
daughter's confidence and skill grow as the season went on. She
was apprehensive about playing after last year but coach Dan was
amazing in guiding the girls. His coaching style and personality
will keep us coming back for years. Go Ducks!!!! |

Our daughter joined the Ducks not
knowing a single person on the team. By the time the end of the
season rolled around she made (11) very nice young lady friends
who just happen to love basketball too. It was a great
experience for a 7th grader and we highly recommend the
experience! If you are looking for a program who's coaches care
and knows what to teach and how to teach it, look no further
than the Ducks Program! |

This program
helps to develop overall basketball skills, but more importantly
helps to develop a sense of teamwork over individual
contribution. The girls learn how their overall role contributes
to the success of the game plan. My daughter now understands
each team members strength and how to work with them to succeed.
She understand that there is a strategy. Prior to this, she was
merely and individual trying to run to the basket to score. |

The Mass Ducks was a phenomenal
experience for my girls. The emphasis on improving their
individual skills as well as incorporating all their improving

games were within an hour or so from home, which made it great
for minimal travelling. |

I have never
witnessed such drive in a coach and a program to get these girls
to play basketball with such expertise. Everywhere we went
parents of other teams and other coaches commented on the
behavior and the team work and the skill of the girls on this
team. My daughter is so happy that she tried out and made this
team. She is already sad the season is over. |

The Mass Ducks
do a fantastic job at both player and team development

One of my favorite things about the
Ducks is the emphasis on development since I believe that
development and effort are two things that are important
throughout life. It is an outstanding message. I also love the
agility and strength drills done at practices. My daughter
understood what she needed to do to play. There were a few times
during games when she was taken out for not boxing out or
hustling enough. It was very clear to her why and yet it didn't
make her feel badly. Somehow Coach Dan communicates things kids
need to work on while not making them feel badly about their
skills. For the first time ever my daughter responded by working
harder- working harder for Coach Dan than for any other coach.
he is one of the best youth sports coaches I have seen! |

After several years of town travel
basketball in the winter, this Spring was our daughter's first
venture into AAU basketball. The Ducks program is the best blend
of player development and competitiveness available.
Organization and coaching are first rate...and without the
drama, favoritism and arrogance of some other programs. Our
daughter had fun, met new friends and definitely has a lot more
game thanks to the Ducks |

We have enjoyed
such a positive experience this year with the Ducks. Last year,
with a different program, we could not wait for the season to
end. We where all nervous to have our daughter try out for
another AAU program but when we found the ducks we said we would
give it another try. It was the best decision. Our daughter is
still talking about how upset she is that the season is over.
She can not wait to go to the clinic and play in the fall!!! |

My

a great respect for her coach and assistant coach, something she
didn't have in the past. The coaches connected with the team and
then took them from there. She wanted to learn. They heard the
good and the bad. They matured over the past months in so many
ways, yet they remained young girls having a lot of fun! We
thank you for a great experience! |

The
experience my daughter had was beyond our expectations.
She has learned so much, and loved every minute of it.
Dan was very calm, and encouraging to the girls while
they played. He always spoke about winning is nice, but
even if you are not wining still work your hardest and
do not give up. Courteous to all the refs and very
talkative to the parents after the games. I was never
the biggest basketball fan and I am now - my daughter
has loved it all her life and now claims she wants to
make it part of her career.

development in any sport. You need to take the time to teach the

Because of you two coaches, I have been so pleased with my
daughter's experience with the Ducks. The quality of your
instruction and guidance during practice and games isn't
something we've experienced before. The reason we decided to go
the AAU route is just that... quality coaching and instruction
and objective evaluation.
The dynamics of a bunch of 12 year olds really changes when they
are inspired by coaches who are passionate about the game
- not just the winning of games, but teaching it. You two bring
basketball to a different level with the girls - and that shows
on the court every week. I also appreciate your accessibility as
